3¡¢Important Informations
3.1 If free chlorine and other oxidable substances exist, the oxidability will destroy the performance when pH £¾10 and the maximum operating temperature keeps at 35¡æ. Thus, users are suggested to remove the free chlorine and other oxidable substances during pretreatment.
3.2 All membranes have been tested before they go out and they are in vacuum package in sodium bisulfate and Kathon WT solution. In extremely cold areas, glycerin (10% concentration) is added as antifreeze fluid. To keep microbe breeding in short stock, delivery and system halt, membrane is suggested to be impregnated in protection solution (prepared with produced water through reverse osmosis), containing 1.0% of sodium bisulfate at food grade.
3.3 You¡¯d better not open the membrane components before use, if so, please keep them moist.
3.4 The pressure should be increased gradually during water input, and the lasting time to normal operating state is at least 30-60 seconds; the speed of input influx should also be added gradually, and the lasting time reaching regulated value is at least 15-20 seconds.
3.5 When it is first used, the system produced water need discharge for at least 1 hour.
3.6 Membrane is disinfected with only after 6 hour use, otherwise, it may cause flux loss.
3.7 The back pressure of produced water at anytime should be within 0.03MPa and the maximum pressure drop is within 50psi(0.34MPa).
3.8 If there is problem with membrane caused by wrong operation, such as operating conditions and the limiting used conditions, we have no responsibility to guarantee the 3-year quality.
3.9 There is problems with membrane caused by customers¡¯ mixing membrane with chemical agents, lubricants or protection solution, etc which are not compatible, we have no responsibility to guarantee the 3-year quality.
